I have two questions: 1. How do I create a macro (for example, when I say the word, "email add" the computer types, "<my e-mail name@hotmail.com)?
2. How do i prevent speech recognition from mistaking my dictation for commands (for example, typing the word "file" instead of opening the "file" menu)?

Speech recognition command setup
There's a bunch of software that extend Windows Vista's Speech Recognition out there to enable macros and shorten common tasks like sending an email, songs, putting a movie, browsing the web...
There's this one freeware called younicate you could probably be interested in.
hope this helps
